So we’ve done Sous Vide Fried Egg Yolks before, but we’ve always left it a little vague on how to eat them and what you should coat the yolks with. That’s why we love food blogger Randwiches’ take on it! She uses the yolk as a crouton and uses cheesy, nutty goodness to give it some extra crunch!
