Cook time: 45 minutes sous vide
1 Sugar Pumpkin - deseeded, cubed
1 Tablespoon Butter
- Set Nomiku water bath and turn temperature to 85°C (185°F).
- Put cubed pumpkin in a bag with butter. Seal with vacuum sealer or using the water displacement method.
- Submerge in water bath and sous vide for 45 minutes.
- Remove from water bath and puree in blender or with an immersion blender.
- Use puree for pies, pastries, sauces, or soup.
