Cook time: 1.5 hours
- 1 Quart Apple Juice
- 1 Whole Nutmeg - crushed with knife
- 1 teaspoon Cloves
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- Peel of 1 orange
- Set Nomiku water bath to 50°C (122°F). Put all ingredients into a zip bag and seal using the water displacement method. Sous vide for 2 hours.
- Remove from water bath, strain, and store in a large bottle in the fridge. Lasts up to a month in the fridge or one year frozen.
