Racks have become a pretty useful thing, we’ve found, among our fellow Nommers.
They can be used to keep your ingredients and food neatly organized and securely submerged in your water bath, BUT they’re also awesome outside the bath as well!

Use a regular ol’ dish rack to perfectly portion marinades, ingredients, or just to separate people’s meals if one person would prefer a certain concoction of ingredients over another!
The beautiful thing is, is that you’ll likely already own a dish rack (or we hope you do!). Congrats, you have the perfect portioning rack in your kitchen and you didn’t even know it!
