Simple Baby Back Ribs, a homage to House of Cards
Cook time: 48 hours sous vide minimum, 72 hours sous vide max, 5 minutes broil or grill
1 rack of pork ribs (2-3 lbs)
seasoning/sauces desired, taking care not to salt until after the cook
salt to taste
1. Set up the Nomiku and set to 57°C (134.6°F).
2. Portion the ribs so that it fits into the bag. Vacuum seal with desired seasoning and/or sauces.
3. Remove from bag and pat dry. Salt to taste and broil for five minutes. Remove from heat, brush with seasoning and/or sauce. Serve immediately.
