Recipe: One hour, then quickly pan fried on a nonstick pan with olive oil.
Notes: Really good but I might prefer yolk a bit runnier. The yolk was nice in the middle but started to firm up closer to the white. May also try to get pan hotter next time so egg doesn’t stay on as long.
