Shrimp is one of the quickest ingredients to cook sous vide, so if you’re ever in a pinch for dinner or you want to impress your hot date on the fly, then go grab some of these beauties!
Now, shrimp can be a bit challenging sometimes, as they can be easily overcooked and get a little tough (which unfortunately, probably won’t wow your hot date), so being able to toss them in a Nomi-waterbath without any worry is incredibly helpful. We’re borrowing this recipe from our Creative Director, Monica, who decided to go simple. And it’s perfect. Just some lemon and salt. What else do you need with some perfectly cooked shrimp?
