Mousse de Foie de Volaille is just a fancy (and French) way of saying Chicken Liver Mousse. No matter how you want to say it, our friend Kitchen Nani made this as a way to get her kids to eat more liver–arguably one of the most non-kid things to eat. Using her Nomiku, she was able to not only impart a silky texture to the mousse, but remove that “liver” flavor.
We think you’ll be happy to hear that she was very successful and her kids literally eat it up whenever she serves it. Now this is a mother who deserves some Mother’s Day Lovin’.
