The great thing about artichokes is that they’re so versatile–so much so that we put them in our drinks! Our friend, Princess Tofu, swung by Nomiku HQ the other day with some beautiful ‘chokes in a jar. She said we should put these in our negronis! At first we were like “whaaat?” and then we were like “ohhhh yessss”. Why didn’t we think of this first?
It’s a super simple recipe that doesn’t take too many ingredients or steps at all and it results in a super flavorful gin that–like Princess Tofu recommended–is perfect for your negronis or your martinis!
