That’s right! The first-ever Nomiku cookbook is set to hit shelves next Fall! Chef Scott has been hard at work testing and writing recipes while Creative Director Monica has been shooting everything in site with her camera. Cofounder Lisa as well as another writer are rounding out the team to finish out everything else!
We’re so incredibly excited for this book and to show the world all of the recipes we’ve been working so hard on. We hope this is another way we can bring sous vide into everyone’s kitchens.
The book will be published by Ten Speed Press, and we’ll keep you all posted on when we preorders will begin!
